The cost of this new bridge is estimated to be NZ$21-22 Million and hopefully motorists will be travelling over the two-lane bridge by the end of the year, although this may be only one-way.
Drivers will be using both the new bridge and the existing bridge to provide two-way traffic across Kawarau Falls, which believe me will be a relief for Kelvin Heights residents.
